Introduction

If you're bored of Christmas Cupcakes and Gingerbread Men this festive season these Christmas Doughnuts are a great alternative and super easy to make! We've decorated in Red, Green, and White icing, along with a selection of sprinkles, or you can let your imagination go wild and decorate however you, or the kids, want!

Instructions

Cake Mixture

Mix your cake mixture as per instructions (we used Culpitt Select Vanilla Sponge Mix) and pipe into a lightly greased tin.

Baked Doughnuts

Bake and allow to cool on a cooling rack.

Mix Icing Sugar

Mix your icing sugar to a runny consistancy and split into 3 bowls. Add a colour of your choice to each mixture so you have Red Icing, Green Icing, and White Icing.

Dip and decorate doughnuts

Dip each doughnut into one of the bowls of icing and place back on the cooling rack. Before the icing sets add decorations and sprinkles of your choosing.
