Utilizing modern formulas and processes, Colour Mill has developed a range of Oil Based Pigment Colouring which outperforms conventional gel food colouring and can be used to colour buttercream, chocolate, fondant, sugar paste, ganache, cake mix, swiss meringue, and anything else containing fats or oils.
Colour Mill food colours are put through a unique manufacturing process to create a colour which is both grain and streak free. This process creates what Colour Mill call 'micro pigments' which allows the colouring to mix through more effectively, meaning you avoid uneven or speckled results, perfect when you're making and decorating the very best birthday cakes, celebration bakes, and signature designs!
