Marzipan
Marzipan is a delicious almond paste that is mostly used as a layer underneath icing to compliment rich fruit cakes such as wedding and Christmas cakes. Our range of quality marzipan is available in a choice of four different sizes to suit any project. Simply take a portion of your marzipan and roll it out to the required size with a thickness of 5mm when covering cakes. And, because marzipan is very easy to work with due to its more malleable nature, you can also use it to create decorative models such as fruits to give your cake the perfect finishing touch.
