If you want to enjoy a freshly baked loaf of white bread without the hassle then PME’s 'Too Good To Be True' Bread Mix will allow you to fill your kitchen with the delicious smell of a home-baked loaf, with minimal effort. Whether you make it by hand or in your bread machine, you can achieve great results quickly and easily.

To use

  1. Mix the bread mix and 325ml of tepid water in a food mixer on medium speed, until a dough is formed.
  2. Shape the dough into a ball and add to a large, greased bread tin
  3. Cover with greased cling film and leave in a warm place until the dough has double in size (min 1 hour)
  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 220°C / Fan 200°C for 30-35 minutes, until crust is golden
  5. Remove from bread tin and leave to cool on a wire rack

WHEAT Flour (WHEAT flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin); vegetable oil (rapeseed, palm); dextrose; dried yeast; salt; SOYA flour; emulsifier: mono- and dicetyltartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; food enzymes (WHEAT); flour treatment agent; ascorbic acid

Order Times

For Next Working Day Delivery please ensure that Express Delivery is selected and that your order is placed before 2pm. Please be aware that this is a working day service and does not include weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and before 2pm on Monday will be dispatched for delivery Tuesday.

We aim to dispatch orders ASAP, although sometimes Standard Delivery orders will take up until the specified shipping time. Please allow for this when placing your order and ensure that you select the appropriate shipping method to receive your order in time.

Returns

If you wish to return unwanted products from your order then please simply please email info@craftcompany.co.uk with details of your name, contact phone number, order number, date of order, items to be returned and the reason for returning. When returning goods to us, please enclose a copy of your invoice along with details of which items are being returned and the reason for returning. We will then process a refund for the goods unless stated otherwise.

Please Note: Customised or personalised items are excluded from the regulations and cannot be returned. Due to food safety concerns, ready-made cakes are not subject to return unless considered faulty or not fit for purpose.
