Bakers Select Dark Devils Genoese Cake Mix - 12.5kg

This 12.5kg bulk pack of Dark Devils genoese cake mix is perfect when baking multiple cakes or cupcakes for any occasion.

Simply add oil and water and bake delicious chocolate cakes. 

Bakes evenly and flat, so less trimming required. Offers a moist crumb structure, with a stable texture.

For approx. 8" dia x 2" (D) cake:

Add 200ml water & 4 tbsps oil to 500g cake mix and mix for 1 min on slow. Scrape around your mixing bowl then beat for 4 mins on medium.

Add another 85g of water and beat on slow for 2 mins. Place mixture into lined cake tin and bake on 170ºC for 45-50 mins.

Sugar; WHEAT flour (calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin); fat reduced cocoa powder: 8%; emulsifiers: E477, E435, E471, E475; EGG white powder; EGG yolk powder; raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate; whey solids (MILK ); modified starch (WHEAT); dextrose; salt; vegetable oil (rapeseed); stabilisers: guar gum, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, xanthan gum; natural flavouring

Order Times

For Next Working Day Delivery please ensure that Express Delivery is selected and that your order is placed before 2pm. Please be aware that this is a working day service and does not include weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and before 2pm on Monday will be dispatched for delivery Tuesday.

We aim to dispatch orders ASAP, although sometimes Standard Delivery orders will take up until the specified shipping time. Please allow for this when placing your order and ensure that you select the appropriate shipping method to receive your order in time.

Returns

If you wish to return unwanted products from your order then please simply please email info@craftcompany.co.uk with details of your name, contact phone number, order number, date of order, items to be returned and the reason for returning. When returning goods to us, please enclose a copy of your invoice along with details of which items are being returned and the reason for returning. We will then process a refund for the goods unless stated otherwise.

Please Note: Customised or personalised items are excluded from the regulations and cannot be returned. Due to food safety concerns, ready-made cakes are not subject to return unless considered faulty or not fit for purpose.
