Wright's Madeira Cake Mixis an easy to use mix that produces a traditional, home made style, cake with a buttery vanilla flavour. Simply add water and oil to produce the perfect, moist, Madeira cake.

Theis Madeira cake mix from Wright's works uniquely with bread making machines as well as in a 2lb loaf tin in your domestic oven. Producing an authentic, traditional style cake also suitable for loaf cakes, gateaux bases, slices or 16 individual cakes.

One pack of this Wright's Madeira Cake Mix will make 1x 7/8" cake or 15 slice traybake or 24 cupcakes or 12 muffins.

Wright's Madeira Cake Mix - 500g

A Madeira cake mix with a delicious home made buttery vanilla flavour. One pack will make 1x 7/8" cake or 15 slice traybake or 24 cupcakes or 12 muffins.

Simply add oil and water to create a lovely moist cake. Mix by hand/mixer or bread machine. Only the best quality baker's flour is used.

To use - for each 500g bag of mix. Place 200ml water and 60ml vegetable oil into large mixing bowl. Add cake mix and blend to a smooth batter for 1 min.using electric mixer. (Or blend by hand or hand whisk). Place into lined tin and bake! It really couldn't be easier! Simple instructions on pack.

Madeira cake mix is so incredibly versatile. In fact, it is the chameleon of the cake world as it is an excellent base for a range of flavours and textures. Try it with glace cherries, cinnamon, make a lemon cake of it, a coffee cake, date & walnut, coconut, fruits of the forest, sultanas, you can marble it or just enjoy it plain.

Cakes will keep well in cool, dry conditions for 5-7 days. Baked product suitable for home freezing.

For Next Working Day Delivery please ensure that Express Delivery is selected and that your order is placed before 2pm. Please be aware that this is a working day service and does not include weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and before 2pm on Monday will be dispatched for delivery Tuesday.

We aim to dispatch orders ASAP, although sometimes Standard Delivery orders will take up until the specified shipping time. Please allow for this when placing your order and ensure that you select the appropriate shipping method to receive your order in time.

Returns

If you wish to return unwanted products from your order then please simply please email info@craftcompany.co.uk with details of your name, contact phone number, order number, date of order, items to be returned and the reason for returning. When returning goods to us, please enclose a copy of your invoice along with details of which items are being returned and the reason for returning. We will then process a refund for the goods unless stated otherwise.

Please Note: Customised or personalised items are excluded from the regulations and cannot be returned. Due to food safety concerns, ready-made cakes are not subject to return unless considered faulty or not fit for purpose.
