Clear, edible confectioner's glazes are used to create flossy finishes on your bakes, sugar flowers, pastes, models and any other edible items. Not only do they provide a beautiful glossy finish but they also offer a protective coating as they act like a varnish. Available as either a liquid or a spray, our range of glazes are ideal for achieving a high sheen finish. For liquid-based glazes, you will need to apply them with a cake decorating brush for the best results. To ensure that your brushes remain in top condition, they will need to be cleaned with glaze cleaner afterwards.
